Reflection
As teachers integrate technology into their classroom, in order to effectively do so, they must engage in professional development that requires them to develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities as it relates to educational technologies. Through professional development they not only gain knowledge, but they also gain experience utilizing various tools, assessing their effectiveness toward teaching and learning goals, and reflecting on their experiences using resources such as Blogfolios. The development of a course site provides hands on experience and demonstrates teachers' creativity and ability to create relevant material for curriculum instruction using collaborative tools such as Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Forms, as well as provides a platform for communication between parents, students, and teacher to support learning efforts. As teachers continue professional development, they explore the use of technologies used to assist with data management and student performance tracking such as Google Sheets to develop guidebooks. In addition, through the use of technology tools such as Vocaroo, and Windows MovieMaker, teachers demonstrate the ability to transfer knowledge by creating instructional content that meet the audio and visual learning needs of students.

Future Learning Goals
Technology brings innovation, and as a teacher, I plan to utilize technology to bring innovative methods and strategies to classroom instruction with the goal of supporting the learning development of students, and equip them to be innovate, and curious learners. In order to explore the various technology that I can implement to meet these goals, I will have to stay abreast current educational technology research and collaborate with and learn from the experiences of my colleagues who share their successes and failures with implementing various technologies in their own classrooms.
